Cookie Policy

Last updated: 12 September 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small pieces of information stored in the browser or on the user’s device. Similar functions can be performed by other technologies, such as Local Storage, which stores data locally in the browser.

In this policy, the term cookies also includes similar technologies when they are used to remember settings or to ensure the security of the site.

2. Which categories we use

Essential

These are required for the operation of the site, handling consents, securing forms, and maintaining basic security. They cannot be disabled in the consent panel.

Functional

These allow the site to remember user preferences when a given feature is made available. They are used only after consent.

3. Technologies used on the site

Name or technology Provider Purpose Category
cookieConsent brillnet-app.com Remember the user’s choice regarding essential and functional settings. Data are stored in the browser’s Local Storage. Essential
Cloudflare Turnstile Cloudflare Protect contact and newsletter forms from automated abuse. Essential security
Cloudflare Web Analytics Cloudflare Aggregated measurement of performance and traffic. According to Cloudflare documentation, the tool does not use cookies or Local Storage and does not track users across sites. Performance measurement without cookies
Brillnet aggregate telemetry brillnet-app.com / Cloudflare Worker Aggregated measurement of entries, group source, entry‑page groups and transitions to products. Does not use cookies, Local Storage, identifiers, or full URLs. Measurement without cookies

The list may change if we modify technical tools or launch new site functions. Significant changes will be reflected in this policy.

4. How to manage consents

During your first visit you can choose one of the options:

  • Only essential – only the technologies required for the site’s operation remain enabled,
  • Customize – you can enable or disable functional settings,
  • Accept all – you enable all available categories.

After saving your choice you can return to the panel via the Cookie Settings button in the site footer. This label is correct for the interface; in document text we also use the fuller term cookie settings.

5. Browser settings

You can delete or block cookies and locally stored data in your browser settings as well. Blocking essential technologies may impair the site’s operation, including the remembering of privacy preferences.

Instructions for popular browsers:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Safari
  • Microsoft Edge

6. Legal basis

Storing information on a user’s device or accessing it requires prior information and consent, unless it is necessary to provide a service requested by the user. Therefore, essential technologies operate without additional consent, and functional settings are activated only after the user’s selection.
