- Access to product applications may require a separate agreement, a separate set of terms, a user account or additional security rules.
§8. Obligations of the Service Provider
The Service Provider exercises due diligence to ensure the Service operates stably and securely. However, it may temporarily limit access to the Service, in particular due to:
- technical work,
- updates,
- failures,
- security incidents,
- actions of infrastructure providers.
The corporate site brillnet-app.com is not covered by a guaranteed availability level unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract.

- Content on the Service is informational. Business, legal, compliance or organisational decisions should be made after assessing the specific situation.
- The provisions of these Terms do not exclude or limit the rights of consumers or entrepreneurs acting as consumers where the law grants them broader protection.
